Blackburnnews.com File PhotoThe Ontario Provincial Police in Leamington has identified a man killed Sunday night when a motorcycle slammed into a group of pedestrians.
Police say 41-year-old Hector Gonzalez of Mexico died. He was one of the pedestrians struck around 9:30pm on Fraser Rd.
Two other pedestrians and the motorcyclist suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police say they won't lay charges.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
