A 70-year-old Lakeshore woman is being charged after a fatal crash in the town.
Essex County OPP and EMS responded to a two-vehicle collision on County Rd. 23 at South Middle Rd. in Lakeshore back in July of last year.
Police say it involved a Chevrolet minivan and a Mercedes SUV, which collided at the intersection.
The driver of the minivan was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the Mercedes was taken to an area hospital with life threatening injuries, but has since been released.
The accused faces one charge of failing to stop at a stop sign.
