A Police Services Act hearing into the actions of a Chatham-Kent police officer is set for next month.
Sergeant Robert Mugridge is facing charges of fraud following an internal investigation led by London police in 2014.
He's been suspended from duty ever since, and will remain so pending the outcome of this trial.
The charges are in relation to loans obtained from financial services, the public and police officers.
Mugridge will face a disciplinary hearing on February 13 at the Bradley Centre in Chatham, beginning at 10am.
