House Fire Prompts Investigation

The Office of the Fire Marshal is being called in to investigate an early morning blaze at a vacant farm house just south of Tupperville.

Chatham-Kent fire officials say firefighters from Tupperville and Wallaceburg were called to the scene on Bush Line at around 1:45am Friday.

Firefighters from Dresden were called in later to help out.

At this point, there is no word on injuries or a damage estimate.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
