Students and staff at St. Vincent Catholic School in Chatham will have another day off so an inspection can be done on the school's roof.
Dan Parr, director of education for the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, issued a statement Wednesday afternoon saying the roof sustained some damage because of high winds.
School was let out early on Wednesday, because of a power outage.
He says the board's maintenance staff were called to do an inspection but it won't be done until Thursday.
Once the inspection is done, the board will know whether or not the school will be open once again on March 10.
Updates are expected to be posted to the school board's website at www.st-clair.net.
