The Windsor-Detroit Tunnel has reopened to traffic.
The tunnel was closed from 7am-10am Sunday morning for an annual emergency training exercise.
For those taking transit, the first Tunnel Bus will leave the Windsor International Transit Terminal at 10am, and then the regular bus schedule will kick in for the rest of the day.
