A man is facing charges after driving a transport truck into a ditch on Hwy. 401.
Chatham-Kent OPP say on Friday at around 8pm, officers responded to a motor-vehicle collision on Hwy. 401 near Kent Bridge Rd.
Police learned that a westbound commercial transport truck had lost control and went into the north ditch.
A 34-year-old man from Brampton was charged with careless driving, as well as failure to accurately complete a daily inspection report and failure to surrender an inspection schedule.
The MTO says the westbound onramp at Kent Bridge Rd. is now clear.
