Lambton OPP say they got a call on Thursday about a man "passed out" in the driver's seat of a 2000 Chevrolet pick-up truck in the area of Kerr Line.
The driver is charged with care and control of a vehicle while impaired.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
