Police say they got reports on Monday afternoon about a vehicle failing to remain at a crash in the Wallaceburg area. Investigators say the suspected driver allegedly sideswiped another vehicle and narrowly missed a pedestrian.
Officers later arrested a man, who is now accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
