Chatham-Kent police cruiser. March 26, 2018. (Photo by Sarah Cowan Blackburn News Chatham-Kent). A 73-year-old man is in the hospital in Chatham with serious but non-life threatening injuries after a single-vehicle crash on Middle Line just outside of Tilbury.
Chatham-Kent police say the man was behind the wheel of a vehicle that went into a ditch off of Middle Line near Valetta Tuesday morning.
He reportedly suffered facial injuries and was rushed to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance for treatment.
There is no word on damages or whether charges will be laid.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
