Chatham-Kent police are asking for the public's help as they try to track down four vehicles that were all stolen within the past few days.
Officers say a fifth vehicle -- a Chevrolet Equinox -- was stolen from a residence on O'Neil St. in Chatham earlier this week as well. However, officers were able to recover that vehicle Wednesday morning after it was abandoned on Pine St. in Chatham.
The vehicles that police are still looking for include:
- A grey 2008 Dodge Avenger that was stolen from an address on O'Neil St. in Chatham sometime late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning -- no licence plates were attached to it at the time
- A grey 2005 enclosed cargo trailer that was stolen from a business in Morpeth sometime between Monday and Wednesday -- it was last seen with the Ontario licence plate M1463R
- A black 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, which was stolen from a residence on Creek Line in Dover Township sometime either late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning -- it was last seen with the Ontario licence plates AYKK189
- A silver 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 that was stolen from a farm field on Manning Rd. in Chatham either late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning -- it was last seen with the Ontario licence plates 5685YD
Anyone with information on any of the stolen vehicles should contact police or Crime Stoppers.
