Chatham-Kent police said it happened at the Tilbury skateboard park Sunday night.
The suspect allegedly approached a 15-year-old that he knew with a knife, and demanded that he remove his jacket and shoes and stole them.
He was arrested and charged with robbery with a weapon. The other teen was not hurt.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
