A Tilbury man is facing charges after a late night collision.
Police said they responded to reports of a single vehicle crash around 10 p.m. on Bloomfield Road near the 401.
According to police, when they arrived on scene the vehicle was found upside in a ditch with no one inside.
A 22-year-old Tilbury man has been charged with careless driving and failure to remain at the scene of an accident.
Police said he lost control of his vehicle before rolling over. He was not injured and damage is estimated to be around $10,000.
