Shirtless Man Breaks Glass Door After Being Denied Service

No shirt, no service, means a broken glass door apparently.

A local Chatham man has been charged with mischief after he allegedly kicked in the glass at a local Tim Hortons after being denied service for not wearing a shirt.

According to police the incident happened Wednesday afternoon a the Third St. location in Chatham. The release added the man was asked to leave and kicked the door on his way out, breaking the glass.

Police were able to identify the man through social media Thursday.

The 19-year-old Chatham man was charged with mischief under $5,000 and released pending a future court date of Sep. 5, 2018.
