2018 Sunshine List released for CKHA staff

There has been a slight increase in the number of employees at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) who earned $100,000 or more in 2018.

Ninety-three CKHA employees have made it onto the Sunshine List, compared to 84 in 2017 and only 61 in 2016.

The top earner is President and CEO Lori Marshall. Her salary for last year was $285,000 with $1,356 in taxable benefits. Other executives who were marked towards the top of the list were Wilma Kirenko, vice president and chief nursing executive, and Jerome Quenneville, vice president and chief financial officer.

Kirenko earned $178,034 in 2018 with $827 in taxable benefits. In the meantime, Quenneville earned $177,625 at $845 in taxable benefits.

Although the number of people to earn $100,000 or more last year is slightly higher than in 2017, the highest salary remains the same. Former president and CEO Colin Patey came in as the top earner in 2017 with $285,00.

Marshall was part of the CKHA in 2017, however, she didn't start in her current position of president and CEO until March of that year.
