Hydro One dealt with an outage Monday morning at Rondeau Park after a tree fell on a power line. Approximately 96 customers were affected by the outage and power was restored around 1:30 p.m.
There were also a couple of smaller outages affecting customers near Jeannettes Creek and in Blenheim. However, power was restored around 11 a.m.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
