Four people have been busted for drugs in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent police searched a home on Pond Road Friday morning and seized methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $2,900. Officers also discovered approximately $1,100 in cash, scales, packaging, and other drug paraphernalia.
A 50-year-old Wallaceburg man and a 35-year-old Chatham woman have been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
A 31-year-old Chatham man has been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.
A 36-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of failing to comply with her release conditions.
Police have not released their names.
