The Chatham Maroons fell to the Sarnia Legionnaires 3-1 on Sunday.
Sarnia's Brayden Krueger kicked off the game 15:32 into the first period. Maddux Rychel answered back with a goal for Chatham 17:22 into the frame.
The Legionnaires' Nolan DeGurse scored the lone goal of the second period 8:09 into the frame.
Jett Morningstar scored 10:15 into the third period for Sarnia.
Maroons goalie Tiago Rocha saved 28 out of 31 shots on net.
The Maroons will face off against the London Nationals at the Western Fair Sports Centre on Wednesday. Puck drops at 7 p.m.
