A 67-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with sexual assault.
According to police, the accused man went to the alleged victim's apartment on Wallace Street in Wallaceburg on Monday to conduct maintenance repairs.
While inside the apartment, he allegedly touched the victim in a sexual manner over her clothes and then left.
Police were called and the suspect was found inside the apartment building.
The man was arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault and was later released from custody with a future court date and conditions.
