The Municipality of Kincardine has been monitoring the events surrounding the COVID 19 pandemic.
Public health and safety is the top priority of the Municipality of Kincardine Council and Staff.
Following consultations with public health officials and neighbouring municipalities, Kincardine has decided to take the precautionary measures of closing the Davidson Centre and the Tiverton Sports Centre, effective March 15 to April 5, 2020.
While they recognize that this is an unfortunate situation for many, this is the safest approach to the situation.
They will continue to monitor and reassess the situation as required.
