A worker at Owen Sound Hospital was one of two new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Grey Bruce County Sunday.
Grey Bruce Health Services said in a release Sunday that the hospital worker does not provide patient care and that they were not experiencing any symptoms while working at GBHS.
The release said the worker, who had just returned home from a cruise, is at home and feeling well.
The organization also provided an update on a portable COVID-19 Assessment Centre being set up at Owen Sound Hospital, saying the centre is not open yet, so they want people to avoid going there for the time being -- an announcement on when the centre will open is pending.
