Everyone is welcome and workouts are tailored for all levels and audiences including adults, families, kids and seniors. This is in addition to the great workouts that our own Y staff are posting on our Y Facebook page and Instagram,” said Gayle Graham, CEO for YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce.

With the financial uncertainty brought on by COVID-19, the YMCA Owen Sound Grey-Bruce notes they are a charitable foundation, and if anyone is able to make donations to support their programs, you can do so at ymcaowensound.on.ca.
