Grey-Bruce Health Unit gives latest COVID-19 numbers update

The Grey-Bruce Health Unit has updated the COVDI-19 numbers locally heading into Easter long weekend.

As of 3:30 pm on Thursday, there were two new cases reported in Grey-Bruce. A female and male, both in their 40s, tested positive and both are self-isolating at their respective homes.

The total number of cases in Grey-Bruce now sits at 32. One case is currently in hospital, nine have recovered, and nine cases have been reported in Health Care Providers working in Grey-Bruce. Additionally, 21 negative results have been received in the last 24 hours.

The Grey-Bruce Health Unit said it is waiting three days on average to receive test results from the lab.
