Perth County Economic Development and Tourism has launched a new Perth County Podcast to share information about programs and resources with the local business community.
“Particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been a challenge to keep up to date with all of the information on new programs and initiatives. Being an avid podcast listener, I thought this would be the perfect medium to share important information in a new and easily digestible format for business owners who are short on time.” said Sarah Franklin, Economic Development / Communications Officer at Perth County.
The episodes will feature interviews with local service providers as well as government representatives and aim to be short to get straight to the point with information and resources.
The trailer for season 1 is available now, with the first episode going live next week. The first season is geared toward information specifically helpful to businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We know from surveying our business community, that it is important to them to stay up to date. This podcast is just another tool we can use to help inform and inspire businesses.” Franklin said.
