Blyth Business Seminar planned

The Blyth BIA will host a speaker from Ivey Business School this Monday to help businesses use their resources in the most efficient way and discuss some ideas of what the post-COVID small business world may look like.

Dr. Simon Parker will host the presentation online from 8.30 to 10.30 am on June 22nd.

After his presentation, Dr. Parker will answer questions from attendees.

Space will be limited to 100 participants, on a first come - first in basis. People need to reserve their spot in the zoom presentation, by emailing secretary@blythnow.ca

According to a release from the Blyth Business Improvement Association, Dr. Parker is a renowned expert on entrepreneurship and technology in small business. He has been an advisor to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD) on policies for small & medium businesses and is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences and workshops.

Chair David Sparling said, "in these COIVD times Dr. Parker is in high demand and we are thrilled that we are able to have him speak with us."

He added Dr. Parker’s presentation would not be possible if it weren’t for the support of Community Futures Huron. https://cfhuron.ca/

There are still some paces left.
