A total of seven additional COVID-19 cases were reported by the Windsor-Essex Health Unit on Sunday.
Two of the seven cases are from the agri-farm sector, one case is a healthcare worker and four cases are from the community.
The total number of people who have been infected with the virus in Windsor-Essex since the pandemic began now sits at 1,297. So far, 760 people have recovered.
There were no new deaths reported on Sunday, with the local number remaining at 68.
Additionally, one less workplace outbreak in the agriculture sector was listed as being active. There are currently three agri-food workplace outbreaks in Kingsville and four in Leamington as well as one current workplace outbreak at a local long-term care home.
Meanwhile, the province reported 175 new cases of the virus on Sunday, representing an increase of 0.5 per cent over the previous day. The case count in Ontario currently sits at 33,476
