Bruce Power joins Post Promise initiative to combat COVID-19

Bruce Power is joining a Canadian initiative aimed at combating COVID-19.

The POST Promise initiative is endorsed by the Canadian government and is aimed at creating a collective solution to help Canadians safely begin their journey back into the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The initiative involves many Canadian businesses and is built around assuring employees and customers that proper health and safety measures are in place.

The program has 5 key strategies that are aimed at reducing the spread of COVID-19, including:

-Maintaining physical distancing -Staying home if unwell -Respiratory etiquette, including wearing a mask when recommended -Cleaning and disinfecting work spaces -Washing and sanitizing hands

Bruce Power also recently launched their Strength In Numbers online portal to provide local municipalities, businesses and community organizations with access to affordable personal protective equipment (PPE). Orders can be made at http://www.brucepower.com/strength-in-numbers.
