Man throws rocks at mom's house

A man had to spend some time with police after a mischief arrest.

It started when he went to his mother's house on Cloverdale Street in Chatham. She told him he wasn't welcome there and he allegedly began kicking the door and throwing rocks at the home as well as the vehicles parked in the area.

Damage is estimated at around $3,000. The man was arrested and taken to police headquarters where he was held for bail.

Pair arrested for robbery 

While patrolling the Shrewsbury area, officers located a man and woman who were wanted by Chatham-Kent police for robbery and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

The pair were arrested and transported to the police station for bail.

Bail violation arrest 

Police were able to nab a man in Chatham who was going against his bail violations.

Officers were on patrol in the area of Harvey Street when they located the man, who was known to police.

Through investigation, officers learned that he had breached several court-ordered conditions of his release.

He was arrested, charged, and transported to police headquarters where he was held for bail.

Arrest on warrant

While on patrol in the Queen Street area in Chatham, officers located a man who wanted by police.

He was arrested and held for bail.
