The Grey Bruce Health Unit (GBHU) reported one new case Sunday afternoon, bringing the area's caseload to 130 including two active.
It's the first new case of COVID-19 reported in the community since September 4.
GBHU said there have been 28 cases reported in health care workers working in Grey Bruce since the pandemic started.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
