Amber Alert Ontario logo.Police cancelled an Amber Alert for two missing toddlers in the Waterloo Region two hours after issuing the alert Monday night.
The Waterloo Regional Police issued it around 11:30 p.m. after the girls aged one and three disappeared after an altercation in Kitchener earlier in the evening where two men were stabbed.
It was believed the girls were taken by two suspects.
The girls were found safe around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
