The number of active COVID-19 cases at schools under the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) has eclipsed 40.
The TVDSB announced Monday that the Middlesex-London Health Unit confirmed cases COVID-19 at Masonville Public School, Westminster Secondary School, Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School, and Rick Hansen Public School. The local public health unit is investigating both cases in order to identify close contacts. Only those who are contacted directly by health officials will be advised to quarantine for 14 days.
The schools are open.
