A 33-year-old Wallaceburg woman is facing three counts of attempted murder after she allegedly attacked three men with a kitchen knife.
Chatham-Kent police said they were called to the scene at an apartment complex in Wallaceburg early Tuesday morning.
Their investigation showed that the woman was allegedly walking and yelling in a hallway at the building while holding a kitchen knife before the attacks.
Police said three men got out of their apartments to see what was going on, at which point, the woman stabbed one of the men twice and tried to stab the other two men as well.
The man who was stabbed was rushed to a hospital in London with life threatening injuries.
Officers later arrested the woman and charged her with three counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
She was taken into custody pending a bail hearing.
