A mother of three in Chatham couldn't have had the stars line up any better when she found out she won a large prize on Instant Jackpot.
Sarah Bardoel, 34, won $250,000 and discovered her big win on Mother's Day while playing her tickets at home.
"This is my first big win. It feels like a dream," said Bardoel. "The big win was on the first line I scratched. I had to look at it a few times to believe it!"
Bardoel said she plans to pay some bills with her winnings, help out her kids, and put a down payment on a new house.
The winning ticket was purchased at Lacroix Variety on Lacroix Street in Chatham.
