Police arrest and charge three suspects accused of uttering threats with weapons
Three men are facing weapons-related charges after allegedly uttering threats with multiple weapons.
Chatham-Kent police were called Tuesday morning about three suspects in the area of Grand Avenue West threatening a person with a firearm and knife.
Officers attended the area and placed the male suspects under arrest for uttering threats and possession of a weapon for a dangerous person.
Police said a "glock" replica pellet gun was found and seized as evidence.
As a result, an 18-year-old man has been charged with two counts of failing to comply with his undertaking and a 22-year-old man has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
A 17-year-old has also been charged with four counts of failing to comply with his release order.
Police said all three males have been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Police arrest suspects on weapon-related offences
Chatham-Kent police arrested a 32-year-old man following an altercation in which a weapon was pulled out.
Police were called about a suspect in the area of Third Street who pulled a knife out on another man.
Police say the suspect was arrested for assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The male has been released from custody with a future court date on September 15.

Chatham-Kent police arrest couple in possession of stolen credit cards and identification
Chatham-Kent police arrested and charged a 31-year-old female and a 25-year-old male following the theft of ID's and credit cards.
Police were called Monday morning to a vehicle located on Richmond Street that failed to stop for police on August 1.
Police said the male was currently wanted on a sure relief warrant and the female was on a conditional sentence with a house arrest component.
Officers arrested the individuals and found several stolen ID's and credit cards.
As a result, the male has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and was transported to the SouthWest Detention Centre. The female has been charged with flight from a peace officer and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000.
Police said she has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
