Police make several arrests on outstanding warrants 

A disturbance call on Queen Street in Chatham led Chatham-Kent police to a man who was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Police said they were called to the scene Saturday morning and arrested him.

The accused, a 36-year-old man was arrested and held for bail.

Police were called to a residence on Valley Road in Chatham after a male there was known to be wanted for several outstanding warrants.

Police said they responded to the residence Saturday night and arrested him.

The accused, a 21-year-old man was arrested and later released with a future court date.

An unwanted guest call on Queen Street in Wallaceburg led police to a woman who was wanted for outstanding warrants.

Police said they were called to the scene early Sunday morning and arrested the woman.

The accused, a 31-year-old woman was arrested and later released with a future court date.

Man arrested for being drunk in public 

A suspicious person call on Wellington Street East in Chatham led police to a man who was out in public and too drunk to care for himself.

Police said they responded to the area Saturday afternoon and placed the man under arrest.

The 63-year-old man was held at Chatham-Kent Police headquarters until he was sober.
