Pair arrested following separate domestic disturbances 

A 27-year-old woman is facing several charges following a domestic disturbance in the area of Queen Street in Tilbury.

Police said the woman was arrested and charged with 2 counts of mischief under $5,000, assault, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and assault with a weapon.

She was taken to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and later released with a future court date on December 14.

A 32-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly got aggressive towards police officers at a residence on Wedgewood Avenue, early Sunday morning.

Police said the man was found to be very drunk. He was arrested for breach of peace and taken to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking. He was released when sober.

Wanted man found walking around Chatham

A 41-year-old man who was wanted on an outstanding warrants was arrested after he spotted by police around Chatham.

Police said they found the man in the area of Lorne Avenue in Chatham on Saturday night. He was arrested on oustanding warrants for 3 counts of failing to attend court, failing to comply with probation, and assault.

The man was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters and held for bail.
