In its update Monday, Lambton Public Health said the death toll has risen to 132. An individual in their 80s passed away in hospital.
The health unit reported 37 new lab confirmed infections since Friday's report, for a total of 10,152 since March 2020.
There are less than five COVID-positive patients at Bluewater Health.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
