Lambton Public Health reported over 100 new cases since its last report.
On Friday, the health unit reported 105 new lab confirmed infections since Wednesday's update.
Since March 2020, there have been 10,463 cases reported in Sarnia-Lambton and 133 related deaths.
There are three active outbreaks, up from one. The latest two were declared at Huron House Boys Home and Trillium Villa Nursing Home in Sarnia.
Bluewater Health has nine COVID-positive patients in hospital, up from seven on Wednesday.
