Dangerous Driving Charges
A Wallaceburg man is facing several charges, including dangerous driving after a complaint about an All-Terrain Vehicle.
Police said the complaint came from the area of Fraser Road in Wallaceburg on Sunday just before noon.
Investigators said officers attempted to stop the ATV, but the driver ignored them and then ran away. Police added a short foot pursuit ensued and the man was arrested.
The 31-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with the dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, having no plate on the ATV, failing to identify himself, and driving without a licence.

Dog Barking Complaint
Chatham-Kent police are reminding the public that dog owners are liable for their barking dogs.
Police said they have responded to several complaints regarding barking dogs over the last several days.
They noted that dog owners could receive a $150 ticket under the municipal noise bylaw for allowing noise by a dog or a pet.
"Chatham-Kent Police would also like to remind all pet owners to ensure their pets are well cared for. If you have concerns for a pet in your neighbourhood please contact Pet and Wildlife Rescue," said police.
