Fire at 217 Woods Street Chatham. (CK FIRE)The damage is estimated at $10,000 after a fire broke out at a home on Woods Street in Chatham Wednesday afternoon.
Fire officials said crews from Stations 1 & 2 - Chatham were called to the scene at 217 Woods Street at around 2:21 p.m. Wednesday, adding that firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire and limit the damage to one exterior wall.
Investigators said there were no injuries as a result of the fire.
The cause is going down as undetermined.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
