A popular Halloween display in Dresden was vandalized leaving the home owner "devastated."
Rev. Sunni Shular says she and her late husband began putting up elaborate displays on their front lawn 10 years ago. Shular told My News Today that the past three years the display has been vandalized, including last Sunday, October 23rd. The trio of vandals struck shortly after midnight.

"They broke the sign, they tore down the fence," Shular said. "They did get away with one skeleton."
But Shular said unlike the other two incidents she was able to scare the youths away.
"I actually was up. I'd just let the dog out and it was 12:30 at night," explained Shular. "I came into the kitchen, and all my lights (were) off and I saw them coming into the yard. By the time I hit the door they'd grabbed the stuff and they were running."
Shular shouted after them.
"I guess I scared one of the kids because he dropped one witch and I did get one back," she said.
Shular said she puts a lot of work into the displays, starting in mid-September putting a little bit out at time until the display is finished by the first of October.
She said she has filed police reports but it did not help.
"What I was told was, 'Talk to your insurance agent, there's nothing we can do about it,'" said Shular.
Shular said she's not sure she will put up a display next year.
