Chatham man accused of break and enter arrested
A 20-year-old Chatham man has been arrested and charged after allegedly breaking into a business on Vanier Drive.
Police said they were called the business after learning that someone had broken into the building through the roof.
Nothing was taken, however, police said damage was done to the property.
Police were able to identify the suspect through video surveillance and locate the man Friday afternoon.
A police check further revealed that the man was on court-ordered conditions not to attend that specific address.
The 20-year-old was charged with break and enter as well as failure to comply with his undertaking.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham woman arrested on outstanding warrant
A 37-year-old Chatham woman, who was wanted by Chatham-Kent police, was arrested Friday for an outstanding warrant.
The woman was later released with a future court date.

Chatham woman charged with resisting arrest
A 39-year-old Chatham woman is facing charges after trying to resist being arrested.
Police said the female, who was also wanted by police, was located along Queen Street in Chatham.
Officers tried to arrest the woman but she resisted.
Police said after a brief struggle, they were able to arrest the woman.
The 39-year-old was charged and later released from custody with a future court date.
