Electric bike stolen in break and enter
Police are looking for information regarding a stolen electric bike (e-bike) that was taken from a northeast Chatham residence sometime within the last two weeks.
Officers received a call Friday morning around 9:30 a.m. from a home on Vanier Drive reporting that someone had gained entry to the property and made off with a Daymack E-Bike.

Tools and e-bike taken from east Chatham property
Over the last three days, police say an unknown suspect stole some valuable items from a residence on the east end of the city.
Police were called to an address on Harwich Street at 5:39 p.m. on Friday where someone had reportedly broken into a shed and took off with a quantity of tools and a Blue GIO E-Bike.

Police advise members of the community to follow the "9 p.m. Routine" by completing the following checklist:
• Take valuable items and garage door opener out of vehicle(s)
• Lock vehicle(s)
• Close overhead garage door
• Lock door between garage and house
• Close and lock all doors that lead outside
• Close and lock all windows
• Turn on exterior light(s)
