Collision leads to impaired driving charges
A crash in the parking lot of a business in Tilbury has led to charges for one man.
Chatham-Kent police were called to the parking lot on Mill Street around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Officers believed the man responsible for the collision was driving while under the influence of alcohol and was arrested and taken to police headquarters for breath tests.
The 54-year-old from Tilbury was charged with impaired driving and operation while prohibited. He was released with a future court date.
Break and enter in Chatham
Chatham-Kent police are looking for information after a break and enter at a business on St. Clair Street in Chatham.
Police say unknown suspects forces their way into the business around 8:50 p.m. on Sunday.
They were all wearing ski masks and left in a dark coloured GMC Hummer.
Police say the suspects were last seen in the area of Caledonia Road and Pioneer Line in Chatham.

Break and enter in Tilbury
The front window of a business in Tilbury was smashed during a break and enter.
Chatham-Kent police say it happened around 4:15 a.m. on Monday on Prospect Street.
Once inside, the suspect(s) damaged an ATM and stole a large amount of product.
Police say the suspect(s) was last seen leaving in a grey coloured SUV.
