BlackburnNews.com photoEssex County OPP are investigating a serious early morning collision involving a vehicle and a tractor-trailer on Highway 401 near Comber.
Traffic had to be diverted on the eastbound side of Highway 77.
Fire officials from Lakeshore along with the OPP were on scene.
