Ridgetown senior arrested for impaired driving
Chatham-Kent police responded to the report of an impaired driver on Mull Road at 6:50 p.m. on Friday.
Police said when they located the reported vehicle and spoke to the driver he was determined to be under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and taken to police headquarters while his vehicle was towed.
A 74-year-old Ridgetown man faces an impaired driving charge. He was released with conditions and a future court date.
67-year-old Chatham man faces multiple charges
CK police were called to boat docks near King Street at 10:24 p.m. on Friday.
A boat owner had contacted police to report a stranger inside their boat drinking their beer.
When officers arrived, they arrested a 67-year-old Chatham man.
The man faces charges including public intoxication and breaching a court condition.
