Man accused of grabbing employee's genitals
A Chatham-Kent man is facing a handful of charges -- including sexual assault -- after he allegedly grabbed someone's genitals during a disturbance at a business in Chatham.
CK police said they were called to the "establishment" on St. Clair Street at around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said they learned that an employee had stepped in to intervene while the man was allegedly causing a disturbance outside.
At that point, the man allegedly charged at the employee and threatened to harm them.
Police said things got physical at that point with the man allegedly swinging at the employee before grabbing their genitals.
Officers found the suspect after a "short search" and arrested him.
A 28-year-old Chatham-Kent man was charged with uttering threats, assault, and sexual assault. He was taken to police headquarters and was set to be held there pending a bail hearing.

Impaired driver arrested after multi-vehicle crash in Chatham
A 65-year-old Chatham man is facing an impaired driving charge after a three-vehicle crash on St. Clair Street in Chatham Tuesday afternoon.
Police said they got the call just after 4:15 p.m. Tuesday and learned that a vehicle pulling out of a parking lot had hit two other vehicles and a hydro pole before stopping.
Two people were taken to the hospital with what police described as "minor physical injuries."
Officers at the scene said they believed one of the drivers involved was under the influence of alcohol and he was arrested.
The 65-year-old Chatham man was taken to police headquarters for breath tests and was later charged with having a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
He was later released with conditions and a future court date.

Wallaceburg man accused of beating up woman during domestic incident
A 52-year-old Wallaceburg man is charged with two counts of assault after a domestic argument took a violent turn.
Chatham-Kent police said they were called to an address in Wallaceburg just before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and learned that a man and a woman had been arguing when the man allegedly hit the woman in the head, hurting her forehead, ear, and jaw.
The man was arrested, charged, and taken to police headquarters before he was released with conditions and a future court date.
