Teenager charged after breaching court conditions
Last week a 15-year-old girl was released from Court with several conditions, one of which stated that she was not to communicate with a Tilbury man.
Police said they were called yesterday, around 7 a.m., after she broke that condition by approaching the man.
The teenager was charged with one count of failing to comply with her release condition.

Multiple impaired driving arrests
Chatham-Kent police responded to a single-vehicle collision on Talbot Trail in Ridgetown yesterday.
According to police, they arrived at the scene around 9 p.m. and found the vehicle in the ditch.
The driver of the vehicle was believed to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to police headquarters for testing.
A 60-year-old Ridgetown man has been charged with impaired driving.
He was released with conditions and a future court date of October 23.

A 34-year-old Chatham woman faces an impaired driving charge.
Chatham-Kent police said that, around 1 a.m. Saturday, an officer on general patrol initiated a traffic stop on Grand Avenue West.
The officer believed that the female driver was under the influence of alcohol and transported her to police headquarters for impairment tests.
The woman was found to be impaired and is scheduled to appear in court on October 23.
