The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development is investigating an incident that occurred on Tuesday in the Town of Newbury.
The Ministry confirmed that a worker was injured by a piece of machinery, though the extent of the injury was not disclosed.
The employers have been identified as Nature's Finest Produce and Kejay Farms.
"One requirement was issued to the employer," the Ministry said.
No further details were available, as the investigation is ongoing.
Nature's Finest is a family-owned and operated farm that specializes in carrots, onions, beets, and potatoes.
