The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Steven Rhan won the top prize on an Instant Crossword ticket.
He bought it at Charlie’s Variety Store on Park Avenue in Chatham.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
